I signed up for the subscription and it’s worked out well for me. I do laundry every week, so in my case the price feels reasonable and I like not having to book it over and over. So far, everything has come back clean and on time. It’s nothing fancy, but I feel like if you’re someone who uses laundry service regularly, this kind of plan makes a lot of sense.

I tried Laundry B after my kid managed to get sauce all over two shirts, and I was just hoping they wouldn’t be ruined. One shirt came back completely clean, which was a big relief. The older stain was still faintly there, but it looked a lot better than before. Overall, I was happy with the results and would use them again for everyday stains.

I got my laundry back mostly right, but one of my shirts was missing at first. To be fair, they did track it down and got it back to me later. I’d just recommend counting your items when you pick them up, especially if you’re sending in a bigger load. Overall, not a bad experience

Booking the laundry pickup took like two minutes, which was great. But the whole experience left me feeling a bit less confident than I expected, so I’m not sure I fully trust the process yet.

The price was laid out clearly before pickup, and there weren’t any hidden fees afterward. surprise charges are completely preventable, so I really appreciated that everything was upfront.

Even my gym shirts were way better than when I wash them at home, lol. Pickup and drop-off were easy too. I’d definitely use them again

I dropped off my blazer and two shirts for dry cleaning, i’m kind of annoyed I waited so long to try laundryb. Everything came back looking really clean, with no strange dry-cleaning smell, and the blazer still held its shape, which was the main thing I was nervous about.
Pickup was easy and smooth, but the cleaning quality was what really stood out. There was a stain on one cuff that I thought might still be there, but it was completely gone. Definitely using them again

Using Laundryb.com was just really easy in a way I appreciated. I didn’t feel like I was getting lost or having to dig around forever, which is always a big thing for me with these kinds of sites.
The booking part felt simple and clear, and everything just kind of made sense. The pages loaded quickly, the buttons were easy to find, and it worked fine on my phone too. Overall, I had a really good feeling about it and would use it again.

My clothes came back clean and folded really neatly, i was just happy I didn’t have to deal with the pile myself. The towels smelled fresh too, which is always the part I notice first. Happy with Laundry B and I’ll probably use them again when I get behind on laundry, which... yeah, definitely happens.

I’ve been using laundryb.com for a few months now and they’ve been super reliable. Pickup and drop off are usually right on time and if anything changes they let me know. It’s just nice having laundry be one less thing I have to deal with.

My laundry came back fine, no issues there, but the pickup was like 25 minutes late and I was kind of stuck waiting around. I mean, it wasn’t a huge deal, but when you plan your day around it and then, anyway, just a bit frustrating.

I ordered this and it showed up right when it was supposed to, which I appreciated. Everything inside was there and nothing seemed damaged, so that part was totally fine. I did notice after opening it that the box looked a little crushed and the bag inside was kind of messy, so the packaging could probably be a bit better next time. One of my shirts was missing at first, which was a bit annoying tbh, but they found it and sent it back the next day. Support were really nice about it too, so yeah 5 stars from me
